The partners of VIP collectively
combine wide ranging professional backgrounds with specific expertise in
professional sports team and facility operations and management along with
extensive concentrations in
finance, risk management, law and marketing.
VIP was formed for the specific purpose of bringing professional minor
league baseball and a minor league ballpark to the population of
Northern Virginia and with the planned location as part of the Kincora
Village development situated at the intersection of Route 7 and Route
28 in Loudoun County.

to find a location in Northern Virginia.

been focused and committed to Kincora for several years.
